My sponsorship journey and a full crew!

Hi everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to really thank you all! All the support I have received for my masterskip journey is honestly unreal and very much appreciated. It really means so much to me! Everything you all have done has played a huge part in getting me to the place I am now, and I can't thank you enough.
And also...I've got some fun updates on how things are going :)
My trip now has its full complement of fellow adventurers!
First of all, my trip, 27Ws4, is now officially fully booked!! Our trip was one of the firsts to be completely full. The group is finally complete, everything is confirmed and nobody else can join anymore!! This definitely feels like a milestone because everything has just gotten way more real for me. I can remember that it used to feel so far in the future but now I'm getting the feeling of “Okay this is really going to happen”. And I'm so excited to have a fixed group that I'll share the experience with!
The finish line is in sight!!
Now the second update, another which I'm really happy about. I couldn't be more proud to say that I have now saved almost €4.700! I can't believe it! A while ago, this amount felt so far away but now I can actually see the finish line. Although I have saved a chunk of the money myself, your support has played a huge role in this and has made it possible for me to get this far already, so once again, thank you so much.
I have actually met in real life some of my fellow adventurers
One of the highlights so far has been meeting some of the people I will be travelling with! We all met in the middle of the Netherlands, Utrecht, to try and balance out the travel distance for everybody coming. Luckily I only had about an 1 hour train ride to Utrecht, but some others had almost double that! We walked around the centre for a while talking and trying to get to know everyone, and then we decided to get some lunch and sit in the sun in a park right next to a gracht. There were about 17 of us total, and they were all such nice people! Some have been sailing for a while now, and others are completely new to sailing. It felt really good to already put some faces to names, talk a bit, and get a sense of the group. The get together was also a great opportunity to see how the others are getting along with their saving journey, and to even get some tips! At the end of the day, I really felt like I had made some lovely friends and I could get along with everyone great. I hope that I'll get to see them and some more of the group again soon :)
Whilst we were still in Utrecht we started our own Tiktok account where now and then we’ll hopefully share some parts of our journey, both before and during the trip. If you’d like to follow along, here is our username; @masterskip.27ws47
Extra shifts and more babysitting is on the cards to close the gap
Looking ahead, now I'm focussing on saving the last part of the total amount (my goal is €5.500 excl. Spending money). That means I'm getting pretty close; less than €1000 to go! My plan is to reach that by keeping up my babysitting business and picking up some extra shifts at my local supermarket; the Albert Heijn!
Overall, I am SO excited about everything coming my way and through the moon that I get to do this, but definitely not without your help ;)
I'll keep you all updated along the way!
